The Angry Liberal

These are truly the golden days, the era of "enlightenment and enchantment" if you are a liberal (liberal/progressive/socialist is more appropriate, but for the sake of brevity....). Liberals, as I have stated many tiimes, live in a make-believe world where everything they say is always right.  What they want is always justified regardless of how many people are hurt by their utopian ideology.  If a liberal says, "We must welcome these illegal immigrant children streaming across our southern border.  They deserve a chance at life and a chance at the American dream."

The Right Commentary - First Post

Hello!  I want to welcome you to the first post of a new blog, "The Right Commentary."

The parent blog of The Right Commentary is David's Musings.   Now, I did political commentary on David's Musings for the past three years.  But, since I reopened that blog, I prefer to focus on the lighter side of things, some amusing, some not so amusing.  This blog will focus on politics in the United States of America.  These are turbulent times in which we live.  Unemployment is at a staggering 9.1%, the economy is sinking again, Wall St. is up and down with more downs than ups.  Liberals like to lay the blame at the feet of former President George W. Bush.  No doubt, he shares some blame.

Pravda: Obama is a Communist

You know that old saying?  If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, looks like a duck, chances are it must be a duck.  That is what I tell people when I describe The Anointed One as a Socialist.  He surrounds himself with hardcore Socialists, he believes in the Communist Manifesto, he believes in redistribution of wealth.  So, chances are, President Obama is a Socialist.  The only thing I don't understand is why doesn't he just come out and admit it.  Well, the one newspaper that would know a Socialist/Communist is the Russian newspaper, Pravda.    In their newspaper of November 19, 2012, they state categorically, "Recently, Obama has been reelected for a 2nd term by an illiterate society and he is ready to continue his lies of less taxes while he raises them."  Ouch.  That must hurt the Obama Zombies to the bone.  In fact, many Republicans have said the same for several years.  Obama does raise taxes, such as Obamacare.  It is a tax.  He has raided Medicare of over $700 billion, the first U.S. President to do so.  Nothing is said by the Pravda of America, otherwise known as CBS, ABC, NBC, New York Times and on and on. 

Pravda goes on to state (and this one must really hurt the Progressives in both the Democratic and Republican Parties), "The communists won in America with Obama, but failed miserably in Russia with Zyuganov who only received 17% of the vote."  Double ouch.  Pravda also brings forth something myself and many Conservatives believe, "...liberalism is a psychosis."  It is indeed a mental disorder.  The idea of taking from those who "make" and give to those who "take" is an idea as old and dead as Vladimar Lenin     Socialism is a failed economic model that has laid waste to lives and countries throughout the centuries.  Again, no one knows this better than those who suffered at the hands of Socialist elitists, the  people in Russia.  Spreading wealth is an age old concept that sounds good on the surface.  But, it fails miserably when put into practice.  Socialism stifles ingenuity, entrepreneurship,  and the daily lives of people.  It is a failure.  But, the communists/socialists/liberals of America want to give it a try.  Obamacare will prove right away it is a grotesque failure.  Will that stop the Obama Zombies?  Nope.  Meanwhile, 23 million Americans don't have a job.  Inflation is rising.  The economy is in shambles.  But, the Communists in America have their foot in the door.  They will not stop until they open that door all the way.  Consequences be damned.

Liberal Prima Donnas

Keith Olbermann.  That name just exudes low-class, crudeness and arrogance, doesn't it?  You would think this Left-wing prima donna would be able to, at least, get along with those of his ilk.  Not so.  First, he was pushed out or "resigned" from ESPN, the famed sports network.  He was suspended by ESPN for two weeks for appearing on the Leftist "comedy" show "The Daily Show"  on the Comedy Central network.  Both ESPN and Ms. Olbermann had bitter disputes for about ten years after he left that network.  So, on to MSNBC went Keith.  Again, Olbermann locked horns with management.  Olbermann got into hot water with MSNBC when he proved he was anything but a journalist by contributing $2,400 each to three different Democratic candidates for Congress in 2010.  He was suspended for that action.  That was against network policy.  But, apparently, Keith didn't think those rules applied to him.  Keith was shown the door on January 21, 2011.  But, he landed on his feet by signing on with Current TV where he would be watched by "dozens" of viewers every night.  Of course, you probably all know about his recent divorce from the AlGore network aka Current TV for breach of contract.  It seems that Olbermann keeps getting in his own way.  He needs his own network so he can come to work when he wants to and just be the big prima donna he is known to be.  Who the hell would want to work for him?

This brings us to another liberal prima donna.  Bryant Gumbel.  If you don't think Bryant Gumbel is the greatest thing since sliced bread, just ask him.  He'll tell you how great he is.  He even makes Olbermann look humble when it comes to arrogance.  Gumbel is known to let his "off the cuff" remarks speak for what he is all about.  He had an interview in 2000 with a Boy Scouts leader who was refusing to let Gays become scout leaders.  Gumbel was quoted as saying "What a fucking idiot."  Gee, what swell guy he is.  Also, his racist and political bias comes through on occasion.  During the Winter Olympics in 2006, Gumbel complained about the lack of African-American participation.  "So try not to laugh when someone says these are the world's greatest athletes despite a paucity of blacks that makes the Winter Games look like a GOP convention."  Yeah, this guy is an award winning "journalist."  Disgusting, isn't it?  I've never seen Mr. Gumble complain about lack of whites in the NBA.  Hmmmm.  The thing about it...Gumbel has never been punished for his remarks.  Is it because he is African-American?  He'd say no to that very quickly.  But, I think it is safe to say he would not be noted for being an "award winning journalist" if he were Caucasian.  He would have been fired long ago.  Just ask Keith Olbermann.

Just a couple of the more outrageous prima donnas of the liberal persuasion to think about on this hump day. It would be nice if we lived in a perfect world where all news commentators just reported the news instead of making the news on occasion.   

Lefties Gone Wild

I participate on a lot of different sites, both political and non-political.  I have met some interesting people.  Some of them I have met I would just as soon forget.  One such case is on HubPages. Two of the most whacked out Lefties I have ever come across (and I have done battle with many over the years) is adagio4639 and Credence2.  Like most Socialists, they like to ignore whatever you say and project their "ideology" onto you.  Everything they accuse you of, they do themselves.  adagio4639, for example, accuses one Hubber of being Hitler, and other noteworthy names, in clear violation of Hub Pages.  This individual is like so many Leftists;  he is vulgar, he is threatening and he is violent.  Same thing  for Credence2.  He says he is a black man.  I'm not sure what the significance of that statement is suppose to mean.  It does not give Credence2  and adagio4639 (especially the latter) the right to destroy an entire hub such as "Obama - Voting For Him Is UnAmerican - Because He's An Enemy of the State".  This bastard (pardon my french) is insane.  That is as mildly as I can put it.  Hit on the link above and you'll see what I mean.  Like any good Leftist, he (adagio4639) changes the subject with insane droning about something that is totally irrelevant to the discussion. There is simply no way you can talk or reason to adagio4639 or his equally obtuse pal, Credence2. 

I don't normally call out individuals like this.  But, I've long made it a point to know your enemy.  Both are narrow-minded simpletons.  They can only see one view, and that is their view.  Nothing else matters.  People like this can learn nothing.  Absolutely nothing.  After taking their crap for two days, I called out both of them to visit my hubs or visit me here.  Like all cowardly Leftists, they declined.  Ann Coulter made a point to discuss the cowardice of Leftists when Glenn Beck and his family were verbally attacked in a park in New York about two years ago.  She pointed out that Leftists will not attack unless they are gathered in a mob.  This mob mentality of the Socialist mindset was in its prime during the Stalinist purges in 1937 and 1938.  Most think it could never happen again.  But, if Credence2 and adagio4639 are any indication, the fallacy of that argument is wrong. 

Bob Beckel on The Five

 
I admit that Glenn Beck was getting on my nerves with his 5PM (Eastern) show.  I like Glenn Beck.  But, the constant gloom and doom was making me very weary of him.  Thing is, I could not find myself disagreeing with much he had to say.  But, I felt like I did when I was a child waiting on my father to give me a whipping when he got home.  Beck was having that same effect on me.  He's gone now and replaced by 5-7 regulars on  Fox News "The Five" show. The Five is a round-table format with four conservatives and one liberal.  I really feel that is unfair.  There should be at least two liberals.  I just like to see things evened out.  I enjoy the show for the most part.

Eric Bolling is probably the most conservative of the conservatives on the show.  He is insightful, and makes many good points on the show.  I just wish he would get over this great love he has for Rick Perry.  Bolling seems reasonable for the most part except for this one fault of gushing over Perry.  Kimberly Guilfoyle is a former prosecutor who was on Court TV every day.  I had no idea she had such great legs.  That aside, she is in her element when discussion is about the law.  I enjoy her commentary.  She is probably the friendliest of the people on that program.   Andrea Tantaros is another beauty whose intelligence and education is shown abundantly on the show.  She is probably the most conservative female on the show.  That brings me to Dana Perino.  I think she is at least the equal insofar as intelligence of anyone on the show.  What irks me about her is her CONSTANTLY reminding everyone that she was a "former White House spokesperson in the George W. Bush Administration."  I do not think a day goes by that she doesn't remind the audience of this fact.  Dana, we get it, you're kind of a big deal, ok?  Geez.  Like her former boss, she is a big government Republican.  Greg Gutfeld tries desperately to be the funny guy on the program.  He usually fails at this. He does make some good zingers when things get a bit too serious.  Otherwise, he just works on the "tortured metaphors" thing he enjoys so much.

The one who I think is a total abomination is Bob Beckel.  He is vulgar, obtuse, belligerent,  combative and a Socialist.  He would be ready to fight if you told him to his face he is a Socialist like his hero, President Obama.  Both men are obviously Socialists.  Beckel hates Capitalism and, sometimes, I get the impression he generally just hates Democracy...period.   He gets angry easily which is what liberals do when confronted with facts.  Eric Bolling is usually the target of Beckels ire.  Reason for that is easy to understand; Bolling brings facts to the debate and liberals just hate that.  It is rarely a day that goes by in which Beckel does not say a vulgarity on the air.  Why Fox keeps this guy on the program, I will never understand.  Juan Williams would do much better in the role of being the token liberal on the show.  He actually brings facts to support his position at times.  Imagine that coming from a liberal!  Back to Beckel....he tries to pretend his personal remarks to Eric Bolling are just a joke.  You can see this guy just seething below the surface when people start pointing out the fallacy of his left-wing viewpoint.  His antics get tiresome.  But, you know what?  Bob Beckel is just your typical liberal.  The majority are like him;  he argues from a position of emotion, not with facts and figures.  Bob Beckel thinks the Debt is not important because "...We print our own money."  I scarcely know how to respond to such stupidity.  Still, I believe Fox News could do better than this man.  His act is tiresome, but I suspect I will continue to tune in despite the childish act known as Bob Beckel.
