A Nation In Chaos

I've lived a long time.  I'll be 63 years old in September.  I've seen the United States of America reel from the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr., and Robert F. Kennedy.  I've seen President Nixon resign from office in disgrace.  I've seen Democrats, Republicans, right-wingers, left-wingers attack each other mercilessly.  I've lived through several recessions.  I've seen economic upheaval that threatened the very fabric of our nation.  I've seen this nation at war several times and the aftermath of war.  In summary, I have seen this nation get knocked down and then get back up.  The terrorist attacks at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001 which served to only bring this nation together as one.  America always comes together in a time of great need.  At least, that's the way it has always been in the past.

But, with the election of President Barack H. Obama, this nation has reeled from a series of setbacks that have no equal.  From his incompetence on the economy to his single-minded approach to healthcare to the dissolution of our southern border, President Obama has proven to be the single greatest threat this country as a whole has ever faced.  Now, liberals will say this is mere hyperbole from the right.  Obama has created the mess on the southern border with alleged children taking dangerous treks across the Central America for their "permiso" to enter the country as illegals.  Many have died, been raped and sold into child slavery.  Many posed as children but are gangsters such as MS-13.

Now, President Obama has decided to take more power away from Congress by establishing new immigration law while ignoring the laws currently on the books.  He is contemplating giving amnesty to six million illegal aliens.  The current border crisis is sending children with no education, who have diseases that are communicable, into our school system in states throughout the nation.  The Border Crisis is just the latest example of Obama's assault on this country.  I have gone over all his atrocities before here.  But, this latest border crisis is making our border just disappear completely.  Is a nation without borders really even a nation?  That is why I say Obama is our single greatest challenge as a nation.  We may not be able to withstand another 1.5 years of Obama.  Maybe, just maybe that is the plan all along by Progressives.  Dissolve this great nation and turn it into the Socialist utopia they have always dreamed about.  To those people, I say, be careful of what you wish for, comrades. You want revolution?  You may just get it.  Just not for the reason you envisioned.
